Haha found this interesting People say Not Doing well don't do Good i believe in Not Doing well still doing good When we label people not doing well, we tend to put them one side and say oh he not doing well. Better not put him on a task, its a natural Human Reaction to do so. If we keep depriving people of chances to rise up due to a label of not doing well then we are purly disrespecting that person. Why everyone started on the level if you prevent one from rising due to uncertainy then why should people give you a chance in your own uncertainy.
